In our stressful modern age, the wellness industry offers desperately needed support to those in search of balance and healing, because the rates of chronic disease, obesity, depression and anxiety are higher than ever before. People are stressed out, overwhelmed and unhealthy. They are also living longer and seeking greater quality of life throughout the aging process. Overall, there is a widespread resurgence of interest in fitness and wellness, both in the form of alternative medicine and in beauty and spa treatments.

*Dr. Randy Hardy n.d. and *Marian Tobin n.d. believe that along with a necessary lifestyle change, whole body treatments can create the balance of mind, body, and spirit that results in optimal health. With hundreds and even thousands of years of evidence and research behind many of these practices, their benefits have been proven over time.

Wellness services are available to both B&B guests and the local population.

  • Nutritional consultations
  • Lifestyle change recommendations
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Seikon-Chikara energy healing work (bioenergetic synchronization technique, microcurrent acu-therapy, EFT)
  • Nutritional and natural therapies (homeopathy, herbal)

Naturopathic Consult First Visit – $125 (60 – 75 minutes)

Naturopathic Consult / Therapy Subsequent Visits – $80 (30 minutes)

Payment Policy – Payment is due in full at the time of your visit. We accept CASH, VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD. An official receipt will be provided to you which you can submit to your extended health insurances. You may also send an Interac bank transfer using our email address moneytransfer [at] terrabellabytheshore.com before your visit.

Cancellation Policy – Patients who do not cancel/reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. More than 2 days notice is much appreciated. Please call 506-501-4344 or email ([email protected]) for appointment changes.
